How do the webinars work?

When you have booked onto a practical training date you will be contacted to confirm the webinar date you are attending. You will then be sent a course workbook and the link to register for the webinar a week in advance. The webinars run at around 3 hours in total (comfort breaks included). You have direct contact with the instructor running the course, with the option of asking questions throughout. There will be a survey at the end of the webinar which will need to be completed in order for you to attend the practical date. if you have done the theory a month or so in advance of your course but feel you would like a refresher either before or after your practical training, each delegate may join one extra webinar up to 3 months after attending the practical training. Webinars are not recorded.

How do the practical trainings work?

The practical training to each course takes place in our central London training facility at Wigmore Medical. These run for either a full morning or afternoon with up to 3 hours of injecting practise. An initial introduction to the practical side of the training is followed by a comprehensive hands-on injecting practise with real clients, under the close supervision and feedback of our instructors. There will be just 6 delegates maximum per treatment couch/model at any time to give as much injecting opportunity as possible. This programme ensures safe, confident and satisfied practitioners and excellent value, basic and advanced qualifications in Botox and dermal filler techniques.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the course?

For the webinar please have your course workbook to hand. This will be emailed to you along with your webinar link a week before the online training. Whether you print this off or make notes using a tablet or device, we suggest having a place to make notes throughout the webinar. At the practical training, you may like to bring your workbook/notes with you, but flashcards, products and models are provided.

Will I get the opportunity to inject real clients?

Yes! Up to 3 hours of injecting is included within each practical training to ensure all graduates are confident, practiced, have excellent clinical skills and feel ready to take on their own private practice.

Can I bring my own patients to be injected?

Yes, but please ask the patients to contact our team at models@theLSFA.com and read the patient information tab above. Clients are contacted prior to the course to ensure they are suitable and are subject to a small fee if deemed appropriate for treatment.

Can I have my own face injected?

Yes, please see above, as the same rules apply to delegates and clients.
