The LSFA was founded by Dr Christina Diamanti and Dr Shaadi Manouchehri, two dental surgeons who trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery in London hospitals before specialising in facial aesthetics.

Dr Christina Diamanti
Worked extensively in maxillofacial departments across London hospitals before focusing on cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. Christina runs her own private clinic in central London and lectures and trains in facial aesthetics.

Dr Shaadi Manouchehri
Trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery, where facial trauma work gave her an exceptional grounding in anatomy. Shaadi holds advanced aesthetics qualifications and has presented and published nationally and internationally.

Dual-qualified doctor and dentist who has taught facial anatomy at the University of Nottingham and ran her own central London aesthetics clinic for six years.

Who can attend?
Our courses are for dentists, doctors, surgeons and independent prescribers. We'll confirm your eligibility when you book.
How is the course structured?
You complete the theory online first, through video lectures, injecting demonstrations and a workbook, and you keep access for life. You then attend a hands-on session in a CQC-registered London clinic, where you plan and perform treatments on live patients under close supervision.
Why is the theory online rather than in the classroom?
So you can learn at your own pace, arrive prepared and revisit any topic long after the course. Your time in clinic is then spent on what can't be learned from a screen: assessing and injecting real patients with an expert beside you.
How many delegates are in each group?
A maximum of eight per course, and never more than four delegates per trainer, so you get genuine one-to-one attention.
Do I need to bring my own model?
No. We provide model patients for you. You're also welcome to bring your own, or to volunteer as a model yourself.
Are the courses accredited?
Yes. Our courses are CPD-accredited, our trainers are JCCP members, and ours is the only injectable aesthetics programme assessed and recommended by the British Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS).
Can I do botulinum toxin and filler on the same day?
Yes. On some dates we run toxin in the morning and filler in the afternoon, so you can complete both in a single day.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay with Klarna in 3 interest-free instalments, so a £985 course is three payments of £328.33. Klarna is subject to status and its own terms.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for group bookings and students, and the Clinic Launch Programme bundles both courses with extra masterclasses and support.
What support do I get afterwards?
You'll have direct access to your mentor and join our private clinician WhatsApp group, so you're never on your own once you start treating.
